It's all about the Plancha, the great grill in the centre of our open kitchen. The freshest ingredients don't need a lot of work. Meat, fish or vegetables, they are all lightly grilled on the Plancha for just the right bite. All they need now is the finishing touch of one of our chefs, That's all it takes to create a healthy, delicous and swinging meal!
